DropInX Terms and Conditions

By using DropInX, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Disclaimer

The contents provided on DropInX are for informational purposes only. DropInX disclaims any liability for information that may have become outdated since the last update. DropInX reserves the right to make changes and corrections to any part of the content without prior notice. DropInX does not guarantee the prices listed in menus or the availability of all menu items at any restaurant. All restaurant names and menu items may be registered trademarks or copyrights of respective owners. Unless stated otherwise, all pictures and information contained on this mobile app are believed to be materials owned by the restaurant or the business.

Usage of Data

You agree to use the data owned by DropInX only for personal purposes and not for any commercial use unless agreed to with DropInX in writing. DropInX will use your data to improve customer experiences and send deals, partnerships, and promotions.

Liability and Services

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that the services are provided "as is" and "as available."

User-Generated Content

Any content that you generate on DropInX is completely owned by DropInX. Such content includes but is not limited to restaurant reviews, restaurant photo uploads, your usage patterns, and your interactions with other users on DropInX.

DropInX reserves the right to moderate any objectionable content that is vulgar or may be objectionable to any member of our community. DropInX also reserves the right to moderate or remove such content without explicitly asking your permission or even informing you about it.

Moderation of Content

All textual content gets posted on DropInX's properties immediately but gets moderated/removed within 5 minutes of the user action of uploading the content. All graphic content (photos) gets moderated before it gets shown to any user on DropInX.

Reporting Objectionable Content

While all content that contains nudity, pornography, harassment, unwelcome contact, fraud, and other inappropriate conduct and activity is already moderated by our moderators and editors, customers can always email DropInX at admin@dropinx.com to inform us about objectionable content. This content will only be removed if it fails to pass the manual scrutiny of our moderators and editors.

All complaints received by DropInX will be addressed within three (3) business days. Upon proper resolution of the issue, DropInX will email the customer and inform them about the steps taken to address the complaint.

Customer Service

DropInX’s customer service department will respond to all customer service requests or queries within two (2) business days.

Refund/Cancellation Policy Relating to Credit Card Payment

Modification/Cancellation Policy:To cancel or modify your transaction, please contact DropInX customer service as soon as possible, and we will assist with making the modifications. If the restaurant has completed preparing the meal, DropInX is not responsible if the restaurant refuses to make the modifications.

Refunds:For any cancellations processed, you should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of the request. This time period includes the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 14 business days). We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the reversal request.

Data Privacy and Protection

DropInX is committed to protecting your data privacy. We will use your data to enhance customer experiences and to send you deals, partnerships, and promotions. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to provide the services you have requested.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

By using DropInX, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services provided by DropInX.
